***PLEASE READ PARKING INSTRUCTIONS AND DOWNLOAD PARKING PASS***
Download and print out the parking pass from the attachments down below.Please park at Parking Lot 32 4700 Block Powhatan Avenue at Powhatan Apartments, which is a short walk diagonally across the road from the construction site.
Place the parking pass on your dashboard.
Any vehicles without a pass are subject to ticketing and any contested citations must go through the appeal process by going to https://odu.t2hosted.com/Account/Portal.
