Project Description: The new Broad Creek Anchor Branch Library is a 28,000GSF, two-story building located at the North side of Princess Anne Road between Majestic Avenue and Norchester Avenue. The new library includes Administration Offices, Lobby, Adult, Young Adult and Children Collection Areas, Computer Labs, Meeting Rooms, Program Rooms, Display Areas, Study Areas, Lounge and Support Spaces. The new library also includes a Roof Terrace and Children’s Outdoor Patio.
